HammondCare Horsley is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team in Horsley, NSW. Responsibilities
• Assist residents in maintaining and restoring functional mobility
• Conduct functional mobility and care needs assessments
• Set care goals and provide appropriate treatment plans

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualification
• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Current driver’s licence with safe driving record

Experience and Skills
• Australian physiotherapy experience (essential)
• Experience in Rehabilitation, Aged Care, or Palliative Care settings
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Willingness to travel between HammondCare sites if required
