Job Description

HammondCare is seeking a permanent part-time Physiotherapist (22.8 hours/week) based in Tuggerah, Central Coast, NSW. The role involves providing individualised physiotherapy services within the HammondCare Home Care, Clinical Care, and Practice Team. Responsibilities include client home visits, group activities, and clinical care across inpatient, outpatient, and community rehabilitation settings. The Physiotherapist works as part of a multi-disciplinary team while exercising autonomy in structuring daily caseloads.

Responsibilities

Required Qualification

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)

• Experience in rehabilitation, aged care, inpatient/outpatient, or community physiotherapy preferred
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s licence, and safe driving record
