Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess and evaluate patients to identify physiotherapy and rehabilitation needs
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and sports injuries
• Perform advanced manual therapy and sports injury management techniques
• Apply dry needling, taping, and other specialized physiotherapy interventions (where certified)
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term rehabilitation care
• Coordinate with chiropractors and clinic staff for integrated patient care
• Take ownership of patient management and treatment outcomes
• Support basic clinic operations and contribute to team efficiency
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT)
Experience
• 0–2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy preferred
Skills
• Expertise in manual therapy and sports injury management
• Certification in dry needling, manual therapy, or taping preferred
• Strong leadership and basic managerial abilities
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Proactive, positive, and growth-focused attitude
• Good organizational and time-management skills
