Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess infants and children with physical impairments and developmental conditions
• Conduct comprehensive physical and functional assessments
• Diagnose movement difficulties and developmental delays affecting motor function
• Design and implement individualized paediatric physiotherapy treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and play-based interventions
• Improve strength, coordination, balance, and gross motor skills in children
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as required
• Educate and guide parents and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Provide posture correction and movement strategy education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and therapy notes
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary therapy teams
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and child-centred care
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) – required
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) – preferred
• Certification or training in Paediatric Physiotherapy – preferred
Experience
• 0–5 years of physiotherapy experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Experience in paediatric or developmental therapy – preferred
