Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assess clients’ mobility, strength, endurance, and other physical abilities to evaluate the impact of illness or injury.
• Examine, evaluate, and treat adults and geriatric patients with disabilities including stroke, fractures, falls, balance deficits, traumatic brain injuries, cardiac and respiratory conditions.
• Diagnose physical conditions and develop treatment plans to restore movement, function, and reduce pain.
• Establish treatment goals with patients and monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises, preventive strategies, and recovery practices.
• Perform therapeutic and rehabilitative management, including exercises and electrotherapy modalities.
• Track and report clients’ fitness progress and work alongside other professionals at Bridge Health.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and help them achieve their desired health and wellness goals.
• Participate in cross-functional training and learning sessions.

Qualification:
• BPT / MPT recognized by state government boards.
• Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Experience:
• Exposure to clinical practice and corporate clientele preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Skills:
• Strong assessment, treatment, and therapeutic skills.
• Effective teaching and training capabilities.
• Good inter-personal and crisis management skills.
• Computer literacy for maintaining records and reports.
• Ability to design programs for managing diverse clinical cases, chronic conditions, and corporate clients.
