Barolin Physiotherapy Services is hiring two Physiotherapists for their Bundaberg location in Queensland, Australia. New graduates and early-career physiotherapists (1+ year experience) are encouraged to apply. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time options, including 38 hours over 4 or 5 days, with potential 3-day weekends. This is a fixed-term contract position starting from 28.02.2026.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients across musculoskeletal and rehabilitation conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation programs
• Manage diverse caseloads including neuro rehab, paediatrics, women’s health, vestibular rehab, and Pilates-based rehab
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, admin, and reception teams
• Participate in in-services and continuous professional development

Required Qualification

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• AHPRA Registration (or eligible)
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency (visa sponsorship not available)

Experience and Skills

• New graduates and early-career physiotherapists encouraged
• Strong interest in private practice physiotherapy
• Motivated, personable, and team-oriented
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue Card
