Physiotherapist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments for children with special needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide interventions for motor skills, posture, gait training, balance, and coordination
• Support gross motor development, muscle strengthening, and flexibility
• Maintain therapy records, progress notes, and session documentation
• Prepare therapy progress reports and case summaries
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, special educators, and speech therapists to ensure holistic care
• Assist children in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
• Valid professional registration required

EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in pediatric or neuro-developmental physiotherapy preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical exposure are welcome

SKILLS:
• Knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy techniques
• Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports
