ACH Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join its Health Services team in Adelaide, South Australia. The position is based across Christie Downs and Glenelg Health Studios in the South-West region of Adelaide. Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical physiotherapy assessments and provide therapeutic interventions
• Manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and rehabilitation needs
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other health professionals
• Support reablement programs promoting active ageing and independence
• Assist in developing and promoting new health services
• Achieve program KPIs and maintain high-quality care standards
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including families, support workers, and allied health professionals
• Contribute to quality improvement and strategic healthcare initiatives

Required Qualification

• Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
