Northern Health is hiring a Physiotherapist – Grade 2 for a fixed-term, part-time role across its Melbourne campuses. The role focuses on community therapy services, working with geriatric populations through home-based and center-based interventions.

Responsibilities
• Triage long-stay patients from waiting lists
• Conduct interdisciplinary assessments to identify patient needs
• Deliver appropriate physiotherapy interventions

• Provide community-based and home-based therapy (individual and group sessions)
• Support education and training of staff and physiotherapy students

• Supervise junior physiotherapists and students

Required Qualification
• Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent recognized qualification)
