Physiotherapist & Ergonomist

Roles and responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and organizational ergonomic assessments in office and industrial settings
• Provide on-site physiotherapy treatments tailored to clients’ specific needs
• Design wellness-oriented solutions for prevention and management of repetitive strain injuries (RSI) and musculoskeletal disorders (MSD)
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for employees and management
• Generate detailed, evidence-based ergonomic and physiotherapy assessment reports
• Ensure evaluated workplaces meet international ergonomic standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact directly with clients
• Maintain accurate patient and client records, including progress documentation

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) or a related field
• Expertise in ergonomics consultation, workplace assessments, and training
• Proficiency in physiotherapy, including musculoskeletal evaluation and RSI/MSD management
• Ability to develop and implement wellness programs and ergonomic interventions

Experience:
• Experience in corporate or industrial work environments is an advantage
• Freshers with strong academic and clinical credentials may also apply

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Analytical skills for creating scientific, evidence-based reports
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
