The Physiotherapist will manage a varied caseload including private clients, NDIS & aged care patients, and workplace injury cases. Responsibilities
• Assess and manage musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative rehabilitation
• Deliver sports injury rehabilitation, strength & conditioning programs
• Implement functional capacity building and falls prevention programs
• Manage chronic disease, NDIS, and aged care rehabilitation
• Conduct workplace injury assessments, functional rehabilitation, and return-to-work planning
• Complete professional reports and communicate with insurers, case managers, and employers
• Perform pre-employment medical screenings and functional capacity evaluations (training provided if required)
• Maintain high clinical standards and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including exercise physiologists, podiatrists, and dietitians

Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA

Experience and Skills
• Minimum 2–3 years clinical experience
• Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills
• Confidence in report writing and communication
• Ability to work across varied funding streams (private, NDIS, aged care, workplace injury)
• Professional, reliable, and motivated with positive contribution to clinic culture
• Experience in WorkCover, occupational rehabilitation, or pre-employment medicals is advantageous
