Physiotherapist Complex and Persistent Care

Roles and responsibilities
• Deliver holistic physiotherapy care for clients with complex and persistent presentations.
• Conduct 60-minute initial consultations and 45-minute follow-up sessions.
• Develop progressive, movement-based rehabilitation programs.
• Apply whole-person, biopsychosocial management approaches.
• Build long-term therapeutic partnerships with clients.
• Participate in weekly collaborative case discussions and reflective practice.
• Contribute to structured onboarding and clinical framework development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional standards.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist.
• SIRA Registration.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle.

Experience
• Experience managing complex and persistent pain presentations (preferred).
• Experience or willingness to learn hydrotherapy.
• Experience in relationship-based, client-centred models of care (desirable).
• Interest in long-term rehabilitation and multifactorial case management.
