Physiotherapist (Aquatherapy)
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct physiotherapy and aquatherapy assessments and treatments
• Manage a designated caseload as an autonomous practitioner
• Treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and complex conditions
• Apply evidence-based practice to plan, implement, and review treatments
• Monitor progress and modify rehabilitation plans for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records as per professional standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
• Educate patients, caregivers, and relatives effectively
• Deliver care considering cultural, social, cognitive, and physical needs
• Contribute to service development, research, and aquatherapy documentation
• Assist in training therapy assistants and students
• Work independently with support from senior therapists
Qualification:
• Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) – mandatory
Experience:
• Freshers welcome
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases confidently
• Professional coordination with healthcare teams
