Pharmacy Technician

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in accurate dispensing of medications under supervision of a licensed Pharmacist
• Support pharmacists with prescriptions, billing, insurance claims, and cash handling
• Maintain patient records and assist with insurance administration
• Support stock control activities, including inventory monitoring, proper storage, and timely supply to wards
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and patient safety standards
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements in all pharmacy operations

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from an accredited institution
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the relevant healthcare authority (preferred)

Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
• Current registration in country of origin

Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and billing rules
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
