Role & Responsibilities:
• Dispense medicines accurately as per doctor prescriptions
• Support sales growth through cross-selling, upselling, and promotional activities
• Perform medicine billing using CRM or pharmacy software
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and in-store merchandising
• Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
Qualification:
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
Experience:
• Freshers or candidates with relevant retail pharmacy experience are welcome
Skills:
• Good knowledge of medicines and dispensing practices
• Basic computer and CRM billing software skills
• Customer service and sales-oriented approach
• Attention to detail and accuracy
