About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with DHA regulations
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures
• Oversee drug storage, dispensing, and inventory management
• Secure permits for controlled drugs and maintain drug formulary
• Serve as Co-chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
• Provide training and support to pharmacy staff
• Collaborate with other departments for comprehensive patient care


Qualifications
• Pharmacy Degree (B.Pharm or equivalent)
• 5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy (2 years in administration)
• DHA license to practice in UAE
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic preferred)
