Pharmacy Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications in compliance with local health authority regulations
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including workflow planning and task allocation
• Manage inventory, procurement, stock control, and expiry monitoring
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, drug safety, and documentation requirements
• Utilize pharmacy software for billing, inventory tracking, and reporting

Qualification
• Graduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or equivalent)
• Valid Pharmacy License as per local health authority regulations

Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug regulations, and compliance
• Inventory management and procurement expertise
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in pharmacy billing and inventory systems
• Good communication and operational management abilities
