Pharmacy Manager

Role & Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow management
• Supervise and lead pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and medication safety
• Provide patient counselling and support optimal medication use
• Manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and expiry monitoring
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and SOPs
• Uphold safe pharmacy practices and quality standards
• Administer immunizations as per guidelines and scope of practice
• Deliver high standards of customer service and patient care
• Maintain pharmacy records, documentation, and audits

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmacy
• Valid pharmacist licence as per regulatory requirements

Experience
• Experience working in a pharmacy setting
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy operations is an advantage

Skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sound knowledge of pharmacy practice and regulations
• Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities
• Strong organisational and inventory management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
