Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare professional presentations to introduce company products to doctors and healthcare providers
• Conduct frequent field visits to doctors through cold calls and pre-scheduled appointments
• Follow up with healthcare providers regarding product availability, stock status, and consumption trends
• Collect feedback from doctors and healthcare institutions on company products
• Plan and forecast monthly sales targets and execute strategies to achieve them
• Liaise with targeted doctors to promote and encourage prescription of company products using effective selling skills
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers across assigned medical centers
• Coordinate closely with sales and collection teams to ensure smooth business operations
• Research and identify prospective customers and assess their market potential
• Prepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations for customers
• Develop and manage customer value plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Continuously update medical and product knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development
• Plan and organize personal sales strategies to maximize return on time investment
• Stay updated on new industry developments to provide competitive insights to customers
• Submit regular oral and written reports to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role
Skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Effective selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Good planning, reporting, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, target-driven environment
