Pharmacy Line Specialist
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver professional product presentations to doctors and healthcare providers
• Conduct regular visits to doctors through cold calls and scheduled appointments
• Follow up on product stock availability, consumption, and obtain feedback from healthcare professionals
• Forecast monthly sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them
• Promote and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe company products using effective selling skills
• Cover assigned medical centers through in-person visits and telephonic communication
• Coordinate with sales and collection teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and develop prospective customers through market research
• Prepare clear proposals and quotations for current and potential customers
• Develop and manage customer value plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Stay updated with latest medical data and market developments
• Organize territory sales strategy to maximize return on time investment
• Provide management with regular reports on customer feedback, competitor activities, and market opportunities
Qualification:
• Bachelor in Pharmacy
Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar medical representative/sales role
Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Sales negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Market research and territory management skills
• Customer relationship management
• Report preparation and forecasting skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
