Roles & Responsibilities
• Teach UG/PG pharmacy courses (theory & practical)
• Develop & update course curriculum as per industry standards
• Conduct lab sessions and guide student research
• Mentor students on academics & career development
• Engage in research, publications & professional growth
• Organize/participate in workshops, seminars & conferences
• Collaborate with industry for guest lectures & internships
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations & accreditation

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) / Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharma D) (specialization in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry preferred)

Experience
• Minimum 2 years teaching/research/industry experience

Skills
• Knowledge of PCI, AICTE guidelines
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching, research & mentorship
