Pharmacy

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately to inpatients and outpatients
• Ensure smooth pharmacy operations and compliance with hospital policies
• Manage inventory, including availability, non-moving, and expiry stock control
• Maintain accuracy in billing, invoicing, and drug dispensing
• Coordinate with doctors and provide information on new drugs and therapies
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy licensing, safety, QMS, EMS, and patient safety policies
• Participate in pharmacy audits, formulary management, and promotional activities
• Train and guide junior pharmacists and support team management
• Maintain proper waste disposal and safe equipment utilization

Qualification:

• B.Pharm / D.Pharm
• Delhi Pharmacy Registration mandatory

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant pharmacy experience

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of drugs, brands, and pharmacy operations
• Inventory and stock management skills
• Computer proficiency and billing software knowledge
• Good communication and patient counseling skills
• Team player with proactive and process-oriented approach
• Languages: English & Hindi
