About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations in Hospital / OPD / Polyclinic settings
• Ensure compliance with DHA guidelines, regulations, and local healthcare laws
• Supervise pharmacy staff and manage duty schedules
• Monitor medication dispensing accuracy and patient safety standards
• Maintain inventory control, stock management, and expiry monitoring
• Handle controlled drugs as per regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for effective pharmaceutical care
• Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) / M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) / PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy)
• DHA Eligibility or DHA License
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Experience in Hospital / OPD / Polyclinic settings
Skills
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and compliance standards
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Operational and inventory management expertise
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
