About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage pharmacy empanelment processes and maintain accurate documentation
• Handle pre-approval requests and process pharmacy invoices efficiently
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external providers for pharmacy-related queries
• Stay updated with drug information and regulatory requirements including MOPH / QNDC guidelines
• Conduct pharmacy provider orientations and compliance visits
• Monitor adherence to PBM rules, pharmacy regulations, and internal policies
• Analyze pharmacy-related data and prepare reports to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in pharmacy services and operations
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in community or clinical pharmacy
• Experience in hospital or medical pharmacy will be an added advantage
Skills
• Good understanding of pharmacy operations, insurance processes, and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
