Job Description

TerryWhite Chemmart Castlemaine is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join their friendly team in a casual capacity.
In this frontline role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product recommendations (including cosmetics), manage stock, and support dispensary operations. You will work across both store locations - TerryWhite Chemmart Castlemaine and Castlemaine Express.
This role requires weekday availability until 6pm and flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service as the frontline representative
• Assist customers with over-the-counter (OTC) products and cosmetics
• Support dispensary operations under pharmacist supervision
• Process sales and manage point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising standards
• Assist with inventory management and store presentation
• Contribute to a welcoming and professional pharmacy environment
• Follow all regulatory and confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

• Right to work in Australia
• Availability until 6pm on weekdays and weekends
• Strong customer service skills

Preferred (but Not Essential)

• Previous pharmacy experience
• Experience in cosmetics or retail beauty products
• Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy
