Pharmacy Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide friendly, engaging, and professional customer service
• Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general pharmacy inquiries
• Support daily pharmacy operations and front-of-shop activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pharmacy environment
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to deliver quality care
• Uphold company standards in customer service and community engagement

Qualifications
• Pharmacy qualification (e.g., S2/S3 Certificate) is beneficial but not essential
• Pharmacy students are welcome to apply

Experience
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage but not mandatory

Work Schedule
• Minimum 20–30 hours per week
• Some weekend shifts required
