Pharmacy Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale (POS) and cash registers at the front of the shop
• Provide excellent customer service, including health and cosmetic product support
• Assist customers with general pharmacy and retail queries
• Maintain overall store cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation
• Monitor retail inventory levels and support stock replenishment and packing
• Perform general pharmacy support and day-to-day store duties

Qualification

• Pharmacy or retail background preferred

Experience

• Previous pharmacy experience preferred
• Cosmetics or beauty retail experience is an added advantage

Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting
