Key Responsibilities

Patient & Customer Care

• Provide warm, respectful, and attentive service to every patient
• Assist customers with over-the-counter (OTC) products and health enquiries
• Maintain a calm and professional front-of-store experience
• Escalate clinical queries appropriately to pharmacists

Dispensary Support

• Assist with dispensing workflow under pharmacist supervision
• Handle prescriptions with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality
• Support medication preparation and related administrative tasks
• Maintain clear communication between dispensary and retail teams

Stock & Presentation

• Receive and manage incoming stock efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented pharmacy environment
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates
• Uphold high merchandising standards consistent with a premium healthcare setting

Operations

• Support daily pharmacy workflows and team coordination
• Follow regulatory, compliance, and confidentiality requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills
