Pharmacovigilance Team Lead/SME/Associate Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage pharmacovigilance activities across assigned projects
• Oversee signal detection, aggregate reporting, risk management, and safety compliance functions
• Provide technical guidance and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PV operations
• Ensure adherence to global pharmacovigilance regulations and SOPs
• Review safety data, perform quality oversight, and ensure regulatory timelines are met
• Mentor and support team members in PV processes and best practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and clients for safety deliverables
• Drive process improvements and ensure high-quality safety outputs

Qualification
• M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BDS

Experience
• 3–5 years of comprehensive Pharmacovigilance experience
• Experience across multiple PV functions beyond only ICSR processing
• Leadership or SME exposure preferred
• Candidates returning after a career break with relevant PV expertise may apply

Skills
• Strong knowledge of global PV regulations (ICH, GVP)
• Expertise in aggregate reporting, signal management, and risk evaluation
