Role & Responsibilities
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions
• Type and prepare medication labels under supervision
• Follow MOH rules, departmental SOPs, and quality standards
• Maintain pharmacy records and documentation
• Monitor stock levels, shortages, and near-expiry items
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of medicines
• Update computerized inventory systems
• Support patient safety and confidentiality standards
• Coordinate insurance and co-payment processes
• Handle customer queries and service requirements

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy

Experience
• 3–8 years of pharmacy-related experience

Skills
• Prescription preparation and labeling
• Inventory and stock management
• Knowledge of insurance and co-payment frameworks
• Good communication in English
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
