Pharmacist - Terry White Chemmart

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide professional pharmacy services and accurate dispensing in a community setting
• Deliver patient counselling and tailored health advice
• Contribute to services within the TerryWhite Chemmart Care Clinic
• Ensure safe and compliant medication supply in line with regulatory standards
• Utilise Fred Dispense, POS and Office systems for daily operations
• Work collaboratively with support staff to maintain efficient workflow
• Promote health programs and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Full general registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience
• Experience in community pharmacy preferred
• Experience with Fred Dispense system desirable
• Exposure to clinical services or vaccinations advantageous

Skills
• Strong clinical knowledge and dispensing accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Patient-focused approach with strong customer service mindset
• Good organisational and time management abilities
