Job Description

The Pharmacist – Regional Cancer Services will join the Regional Cancer Services pharmacy team based in metropolitan Adelaide. This full-time contract position runs until March 2028 and operates within a statewide public healthcare network.
The successful applicant will collaborate with experienced cancer pharmacists to provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services to 15 chemotherapy units across regional South Australia. Services are delivered through an integrated model that includes telehealth consultations and on-site hospital visits.
The role is suited to pharmacists with a minimum of two years’ hospital clinical pharmacy experience who are seeking to expand their practice into oncology services. Previous oncology experience is desirable but not mandatory. Where required, the successful applicant will undertake the SA Pharmacy Training Package for Clinical Verification of Cancer Therapy to develop cancer competency.
The pharmacist will provide trusted therapeutic advice aligned with SA Health standards, departmental procedures, and relevant legislation. Salary Insights
