Pharmacist Positions - Expression of Interest

Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense and review prescriptions in accordance with regulatory standards
• Conduct final accuracy checks and supervise dispensing staff
• Provide professional medication counselling and healthcare advice
• Deliver pharmacy services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews (where accredited)
• Perform medication reconciliation and support chronic disease management services
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and legislative requirements
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and expiry monitoring
• Support workflow efficiency and daily dispensary operations
• Mentor pharmacy assistants, technicians, and intern pharmacists where applicable
• Build strong relationships with patients, prescribers, and the wider community
• Contribute to business development initiatives and professional service growth
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Current registration with Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
• International Pharmacists from the UK, Canada, USA, or New Zealand eligible via registration pathways

Experience
• Community pharmacy experience preferred
• Open to newly registered and experienced pharmacists
• International candidates considered (sponsorship pathways available)
