Role & Responsibilities
• Dispense medications accurately as per valid prescriptions
• Provide patient counselling on medication use, dosage, and side effects
• Ensure compliance with MOH pharmacy regulations
• Manage medication stock, storage, and expiry monitoring
• Maintain pharmacy records and documentation
• Support safe and effective medication use

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Valid MOH Pharmacist licence

Experience
• Relevant experience in retail or clinical pharmacy settings
• Experience working in MOH-licensed facilities preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication safety
• Good communication and patient counselling skills
• Attention to detail and regulatory compliance
