Pharmacist Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated pharmacy team
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow management
• Manage a busy dispensary ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and patient safety
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient-centred care
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and legislative requirements
• Implement and oversee professional pharmacy services
• Maintain high standards of medication safety and quality use of medicines
• Manage rostering, performance, and team engagement
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community
• Support business growth and service development strategies
• Monitor KPIs, stock control, and overall store performance

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a registered pharmacist
• Experience managing a busy dispensary
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Experience delivering professional pharmacy services
• Strong understanding of community pharmacy operations
