About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate a professional team of 6–7 staff in a busy community pharmacy
• Oversee end-to-end daily pharmacy operations with full accountability
• Ensure high standards of dispensary, retail operations, and professional services
• Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical pharmacy services
• Maintain compliance with AHPRA, pharmacy regulations, and professional standards
• Build and strengthen relationships within the local community to enhance customer loyalty
• Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to ensure smooth business operations
• Drive performance against KPIs while maintaining service excellence
Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in retail pharmacy management
• Proven experience managing teams of 4–5 staff or more
Skills
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage KPIs and day-to-day pharmacy operations effectively
• High level of professionalism and commitment to patient care
• Strong business acumen within a community pharmacy setting
