About the Role & Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Oversee inventory control and stock management
• Supervise pharmacy staff and workflow
• Ensure compliance with AHPRA and Australian pharmacy regulations
• Provide patient counselling and medication safety guidance
• Maintain documentation and operational standards
Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy / Master of Pharmacy
• AHPRA registration mandatory
Skills
• Pharmacy operations management

• Organisational and leadership skills
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience
Salary
• AUD $100,000 – $120,000 per year
