About the Role & Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Provide patient counselling and medication safety guidance
• Manage patient drug therapy and medication adherence
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Assist in supervision of pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with Australian pharmacy regulations and guidelines

Qualification

• Bachelor of Pharmacy / Master of Pharmacy
• Valid AHPRA registration mandatory

Skills

• Strong patient counselling and communication skills
• Clinical pharmacy and medication management
• Regulatory compliance awareness

• Documentation and reporting skills

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of community pharmacy experience

Salary

• AUD $60 per hour
• Approximate package AUD $160,000 – $180,000 per annum
