Job Description
A busy, community-focused pharmacy located in a northern suburb of Melbourne, approximately 18 kilometres from the CBD, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join its collaborative team. The role is available on a flexible full-time or part-time basis and involves working across two nearby sites (three days at the main store and 1.5 days at a sister pharmacy). The dispensary handles a significant aged care portfolio, with DAAs packed by experienced technicians using a PROUD machine, with JMV purchasing underway to further enhance workflow efficiency. This role offers exposure to aged care services, opioid replacement programs, and professional pharmacy services within a structured environment.

Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and efficient dispensing in a high-volume environment
• Oversee aged care medication supply and DAA programs

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Current General Registration with AHPRA

• Experience in high-volume community pharmacy settings
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in aged care dispensing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-pharmacist team
• ACOP qualifications desirable
• HMR accreditation highly regarded
• Confidence managing workflow across multiple sites
• Understanding of DAA systems and aged care compliance requirements
