About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense prescriptions accurately in a high-volume community pharmacy setting
• Provide professional pharmacy services and patient counselling
• Manage and support a substantial aged care portfolio, including DAA services
• Oversee DAAs packed by technicians using PROUD machine technology
• Deliver opioid replacement programs in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct medication reviews and contribute to professional services delivery
• Work collaboratively across two nearby pharmacy sites
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards
• Maintain strong relationships with aged care facilities and regular patients
• Support workflow efficiency and contribute to continuous service improvement
Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• ACOP qualification desirable
• HMR accreditation highly regarded
Experience
• Experience in high-volume community pharmacy essential
• Exposure to aged care services and DAA management preferred
• Experience with opioid replacement programs desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage workload across multiple sites
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with pharmacists and technicians
