About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services independently across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in clinical team and IPU rounds on a rotational basis
• Contribute to medication management policies and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure safe, effective, and compliant medication practices
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualification
• Tertiary Degree in Pharmacy
• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Experience
• Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings preferred
• Exposure to multidisciplinary healthcare teams desirable
Skills
• Strong clinical pharmacology and medication management knowledge
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous professional development
