Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle registration of medical devices and oral care products with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Dubai Municipality
• Prepare, submit, and track regulatory dossiers and product documentation
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to address queries and ensure timely approvals
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory guidelines and updates
• Maintain accurate records of product registrations and renewals
• Support internal teams on regulatory requirements and compliance matters

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) preferred
• Active pharmacist license from a recognized authority
• MTM or BCPS certification preferred
• Female candidates preferred
• Nationalities: Arab, GCC, Indian, Emirati (UAE)

Experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of clinical or retail pharmacy experience preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE MOH and Dubai Municipality regulations
• Understanding of medical device and oral care product registration processes
• Good documentation and regulatory writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple submissions
• Effective communication and coordination skills
