Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews to identify drug interactions and ensure patient safety
• Advise healthcare professionals on appropriate drug selection and dosage based on patient-specific factors
• Provide detailed medication counseling including usage, side effects, and storage guidance
• Monitor patient outcomes after therapy initiation and recommend adjustments to optimize safety and efficacy
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure regulatory compliance in pharmacy practice

Qualification:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Pharmacist License (Mandatory)

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting (Preferred)

Skills:
• Strong clinical pharmacology knowledge
• Medication therapy management expertise
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Experience with pharmacy management software
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Strong attention to detail and clinical decision-making ability
