Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per hospital protocols
• Review prescriptions for dosage accuracy, interactions, and contraindications
• Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per regulatory standards
• Monitor drug inventory and ensure timely replenishment
• Maintain dispensing records and pharmacy documentation
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, and side effects
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory guidelines

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized university
• Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm)

Experience
• 3 Yrs experience post essential qualification as Pharmacist

Age Limit
• Minimum: 18 Years
• Maximum: 45 Years
• Age relaxation as per organizational norms
