Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Advise patients on proper medication use, dosage, storage, and potential side effects
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient treatment plans
• Monitor, manage, and maintain medication inventory to ensure availability and prevent shortages
• Provide patient education on disease management and healthy lifestyle practices
• Compound specialized medications as required
• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) reviews to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service quality
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient medication records
• Stay current with developments in pharmaceuticals, healthcare guidelines, and UAE regulations

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D from a recognized institution
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Pharmacist License or Eligibility Letter – Mandatory

Experience
• Minimum 2 years of prior pharmacy experience preferred (retail, hospital, or clinical setting)

Skills
• Strong patient counseling and communication skills
• Knowledge of medication safety, interactions, and therapy management
• Inventory management and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
