Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards
• Provide medication counseling to patients, explaining dosage, side effects, precautions, and drug interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and manage individualized medication treatment plans
• Monitor patient outcomes and coordinate with medical staff for therapy adjustments
• Conduct training sessions for staff and patients on medication safety and wellness practices
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage
• Stay updated with advancements in pharmacotherapy and pharmacy practice

Qualification
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a recognized institution
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital/retail pharmacy setting desirable
