About the Role

Role & Responsibilities
• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards
• Provide comprehensive medication counseling, addressing patient queries on usage, side effects, and drug interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and manage individualized medication treatment plans
• Monitor patient health outcomes and coordinate with medical staff to adjust prescriptions when required
• Conduct training sessions for staff and patients on medication safety and wellness practices
• Manage pharmacy inventory, maintain optimal stock levels, and minimize wastage
• Stay updated on new medications, clinical guidelines, and pharmacy best practices to enhance service delivery

Qualification
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
• Active Pharmacist license in the country/state of practice

Experience
• 3 – 8 years of pharmaceutical experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience preferred
