Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense medicines as per prescriptions and standard treatment guidelines
• Maintain proper stock registers and drug inventory records
• Ensure safe storage and handling of medicines as per regulatory norms
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Maintain documentation of drug distribution and stock movement
• Assist in procurement and supply management of essential medicines
• Provide patient counseling regarding dosage, usage, and precautions
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and departmental policies
• Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority

Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution
• D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)

Experience
• Relevant experience in hospital/healthcare pharmacy services preferred

Skills
• Knowledge of drug dispensing and inventory management
• Record-keeping and documentation skills
• Good communication and patient counseling ability
• Attention to detail and regulatory compliance awareness
• Basic computer proficiency
