About the Role

Role & Responsibilities
• Process prescriptions and dispense medications accurately
• Provide patient counselling on dosage, storage, side effects, and interactions
• Educate customers on medical equipment usage
• Supervise retail store staff and support performance management
• Monitor sales targets and customer satisfaction levels
• Handle billing, payments, and cash reconciliation
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, returns, and price updates
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and store SOPs
• Provide OTC medication advice for common illnesses


Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy


Experience
• 1–3 years of retail pharmacy experience
