Pharmacist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Dispense medicines as per prescription and organizational medical guidelines
• Maintain proper stock registers and drug inventory records
• Ensure safe storage, handling, and labeling of medicines
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Maintain accurate documentation of dispensing and stock movement
• Assist in procurement and supply management of essential medicines
• Provide counseling to employees/patients regarding dosage and precautions
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and organizational policies
• Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority

Qualification
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) from a recognized institution
• D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)

Experience
• Relevant post-qualification experience in hospital/industrial/healthcare pharmacy preferred

Skills
• Knowledge of drug dispensing procedures and inventory management
• Record-keeping and documentation skills
• Good communication and patient counseling ability
• Attention to detail and regulatory compliance awareness
• Basic computer proficiency
